Terms of Use
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Tracks on the web and in the Android app. By creating an account or using Tracks, you agree to them. Read the Privacy Policy as well.
The service
Tracks lets you browse, stream, like, follow, and (where priced) purchase Malawi music. Some tracks are free. Paid tracks require a completed mobile-money payment before full playback or download.
Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account in the app or on the web. Deletion is permanent.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, break the law, or infringe rights.
Content and licenses
Artists and Alluvamz own the music and related materials. A purchase gives you a personal license to play and download that recording in Tracks, not ownership of the copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell catalog audio outside the app.
Payments
Paid checkout is processed by PayChangu using Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba. Prices are shown before you pay. Completed purchases are recorded for entitlement and artist payouts. Contact support if a payment succeeds but access does not appear.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payments, scrape the catalog, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or infringing material if you are an artist.
Availability
We aim to keep Tracks online but do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming. Offline downloads depend on storage and licenses on your device.
